On 1 January 2021, Dayseaday Productions B.V. became the newest business in the Dayseaday Group. Our acquisition of a site on Vliesstroom Street in Urk has enabled us to build a modern salmon processing factory here in response to the rapidly growing demand for salmon among Dayseaday’s clients. The market for salmon is growing enormously at Dayseaday. We buy our salmon directly from fish farms in Norway, Iceland and Scotland.

The Vliesstroom premises will be substantially modernised and we have also invested in state-of-the-art equipment such as the latest Baader 581 PRO (a top-of-the-range salmon filleting machine), a portioning machine and a vacuum-packing machine.
